This assortment includes the top wines Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot, award winners, old wines, addressed to the connoisseurs and people fond of special wines.

The classic manner of presentation in “Bordeaux grand” type bottles of 0,75 liter, natural cork closures imported from Portugal, thermo-contractile capsules and special labels was chosen with a view to emphasize the high class of these wines.

Cabernet Sauvignon

Vineyard: Dealurile Olteniei, Vînju Mare

Type of wine depending on the sugar content: dry
Alcohol content: 14%vol.

Tasting notes: Color – ruby red. Typical aromas of black forest fruits, fruity, robust, firm tannins. The strong, unmistakable bouquet of Cabernet Sauvignon develops after aging in bottle; during this process, a fine deposit of colorant components may appear naturally.

Suggestions for serving: Recommended temperature 15º-17ºC. The aromas and roundness are better valued by serving this wine with fine cheese, venison, roast pork, lamb or desserts with cheese or chocolate.


Merlot

Alcohol content: 14%vol.
Wine category: DOC CMD appellation of controlled origin – harvested at full maturity.
Type of wine depending on the sugar content: dry

Tasting notes: The vanilla aroma fully integrated with the aromas of black forest fruits, firm but mild tannins. Supple, round, velvety, well balanced taste. The bouquet develops after aging in bottle for minimum 6 months; during this process, a fine deposit of colorant components may appear naturally.

Suggestions for serving: Recommended temperature 15º-17ºC. The aromas and roundness are better valued by serving this wine with fine cheese, venison, roast pork, lamb or desserts with cheese or chocolate.

Fetească Neagră

Vineyard: Dealurile Olteniei, Vînju Mare
Alcohol content: 14,5 %vol.
Wine category: DOC CMD appellation of controlled origin – harvested at full maturity.
Type of wine depending on the sugar content: dry

Tasting notes: Aromas of ripe plums and black forest fruits in aftertaste combined with hints of condiment, balanced by fine tannins. An elegant, fine, velvety but full-bodied wine.
The strong, unmistakable bouquet of authentic Feteasca Neagra develops after aging in bottle; during this process, a fine deposit of colorant components may appear naturally.
